Mechanism of the Sahand device:
By connecting to three-phase electricity and turning on the motor, the air, along with the materials to be suctioned, enters the device in a cyclone fashion through the hose. Due to the vacuum created, the materials are deposited in the device’s container. The circulating air in the machine is directed to the motor intake by a hose installed on the cap of the device (filter part). (In this section, there is a safety valve. If, for any reason, the suction path is blocked or the filter is capped, the safety valve will act, preventing damage to the device’s motor by creating an air intake. It then directs it towards the outlet.

Main Components:
1- Side Channel Motor: A side-channel pump (three-phase) is both a blowing and suctioning pump due to its ability to generate pressure and flow rate in different capacities. It has varying power levels.
2- Electric Panel: The industrial suction machine manufactured by this company has an electric panel, the elements in it include phase control, thermal switch, contactor, bimetal, all of which are supplied from reputable brands.
3- Filtration: This filter is a single star-shaped filter made of non-woven polyester, which can be cleaned by a manual shaker method.
4- Cyclone: The materials enter the cyclone after entering the suction mouth. The cyclone is positioned between the main filter and the storage tank of the device. The purpose of having a cyclone in industrial vacuum cleaners is to reduce the amount of dust expelled from the exhaust outlet.
5- Collection Tank: After passing through the cyclone, the materials enter the device’s collection tank. This tank has wheels and can be easily transported. After getting full, it can easily be separated from the suction machine with a lever and taken by the operator to the disposal area.
6- Main Body and Engine Cabin: The body of the device and the engine cabin are made of resistant steel and coated with an electrostatic powder that’s resistant to moisture. The device’s body also has a cable holder clip.
7- Accessories of the device include: nozzles (tilted, blast, conical) – suitable hose (transparent with metallic spring) – adapters (for connecting the hose with nozzles).
